# Who We Are

## A Team Built Around Experience and Purpose 

We are a group of consultants with backgrounds in technology, operations, fundraising systems,  and nonprofit work. What brings us together is a shared belief that the work nonprofits do is  important, and that the systems supporting that work should make it easier — not harder. Many of us have worked directly with nonprofit organizations. Others bring experience from  foundations or broader technology environments. That combination of perspectives allows us to  understand both the practical challenges our clients face and the larger ecosystem in which they  operate. 

We are also part of a broader organization that works across both sides of philanthropy. Our  colleagues in Foundation Impact Solutions work with grantmaking institutions on strategy, evaluation, and learning systems. The two teams collaborate and share insight — which means  our nonprofit clients benefit from a perspective that spans the full philanthropic value stream.
